KHW Wine Club Terms and Conditions
Commitment
You may cancel your membership at any time after receiving your first 2 allotments. Please send us an email to wineclub@khwco-op.com with your name and address stating that you would like to discontinue your membership. Please allow 15 days for your cancellation request to take place. Please note that requests received less than 15 days prior to a shipment will be processed after the club shipment. No refunds will be provided once the wine club order is processed and paid, including wine returned or not picked up.
Pick-ups
We welcome you to pick up your Wine Club Allotment in person in the tasting room during our normal hours of operation.
You agree that if you selected “pick up” and you have not picked up by the last day of the pick-up time frame (usually 30 days), your wine will be automatically shipped to you and shipping fees will be charged to your credit card unless additional time to pick up your allocation has been requested via email at wineclub@khwco-op.com. We will hold wines for up to 3 months. After that time, we reserve the right to substitute similar wines as designated by our winemaker.
Shipping
Your shipping charges are in addition to your club membership. An adult signature is required to receive shipment. If the shipment is returned to us because the carrier was not able to obtain an adult signature, we will reship, and you will be responsible for additional shipping charges.
